The Female Sexual Stimulation

The Female Sexual stimulation is consequence of the sexual response, that could be physical, psychological or a combination of both. The sexual response are resembled to other physiological processes in the measurement that can be triggered by stimuli, not only by means of direct physical contact, but through all the senses, sense of hearing, sight, smell, taste and touch, that produce thoughts and emotions to the being process by the brain.

Changes in the female genitals in the phase of excitation

The first signal of sexual excitation in the woman is the appearance of the lubrication in the vagina that begins between 10 to 30 seconds after the beginning of the sexual stimulation.

The cause of the vaginal lubrication is in the vasoconstriction of the vaginal walls that causes the percolation (crossing) of the fluid through the coating of the vagina, called transudation process.

The vaginal secretion appears first in form of small isolated drops that flow in succession, and which they finish dampening all the internal surface of the vagina. The density, amount and scent of the vaginal lubrication vary much from a woman to another one and, in a same woman, from a little while to another one.

The lubrication facilitates the penis penetration and the smoothness of the push movement, simultaneously that it prevents that the woman feels discomfort or annoyances during the act.

As it continues the excitation, it occur the expansion and extension of the vagina, being limited these processes at two third parts of the conduit. The wrinkled surface is smoothed and the mucous is thinned with the expansion. The vaginal extension is so that it increases a 25% more, in relation to the dimensions that it had before the stimulation.

As the phases emerge plateau and excitation, the entire uterus rises towards the low part of the abdomen, producing an expansion or effect of copulate, in the two third internal parts of the vagina.

Clitoris grows, although the tumefaction can't be discovered at first sight, and increase continuously during all the sexual stimulation. The direct stimulation of clitoris produces faster a growth and pronouncing than the indirect stimulation by means of fantasies, manipulation of the breast, etc.

The labia majora are thinner, they are flattened, and they rise slightly upwards and outside, retiring of the vaginal opening. In a woman who has given a birth, the labia majora become congested with blood, increasing to the double or triple of their normal size. The labia minora also begin to increase of size, growing finally to the double or triple of their normal thickness.

As the sexual tension increases, the nipples become rigid, as a result of the contractions of small muscular fibers. The venous blood is cached in the mammary glands, increasing of size approximately. The areolas are swollen in considerable form. The veins of the breasts become visible.

The women sexually stimulated develop a reddening of the skin, known like sexual reddening. It begins in the region of the stomach and throat, scattering itself towards the mammary glands.

The tension of voluntary muscles and some times involuntary, it begins and it increases during this phase, providing a clear evidence that the sexual stimulation in the female is not limited to the vagina or pelvic region. As the tension grows, their movements become more anxious, powerful and fast. The arterial pressure and the cardiac frequency increase as it increases the excitation.
